The Village Healer

Into a forgotten mountain village comes a young doctor with rough hands and an impossible talent for healing. The valley's farmers and their wives bring him fevers, broken bones and, inevitably, rumors. Admired by some, resented by others, he finds his practice entangled with the lives — and desires — of the women whose husbands have left for the city. Between simple remedies and complicated hearts, he learns that mending a village is harder than mending a body. A warm, earthy drama of rural life.
